6:30 pm - Check in
7:00 pm - Group Welcome & Orientation: Bonfire Building, Bonding, Learning to receive - with fireside hotdogs (veg & reg), s'mores at the campfire, Coffee & Tea.
9:00 pm Workshop:
Night time Bullfrog Serenade Hike - Led by Wendy Pellerito
10:30 pm Workshop:
Evening Meditation - Led by Charity Loring, LMSW
Spend 1/2 hour of guided meditation for your relaxation needs.

7:00 am- Saturday Pass Check in begins, goes throughout day. Ask for Lara Pomnitz.
7:00 am Workshop- Yoga For Every Body - Led by Rachel Kain
8:00 am - Breakfast & Group Connection
9:30 am Workshop- Strengthening Relationships with Yourself & Others (fun group activity included.)- Charity Loring, LMSW
11:00 am Workshop- Zumba - Sandy Smith-Anderson

1. Art Therapy Workshop: "Thoughtful Painting” - Led by Lara Pomnitz
2. Nature Lover’s Hike - a Healthy Addiction - Led by Wendy Pellerito
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Break
Rest, Relax or do other optional activities such as Arts & Crafts, hiking, random shenanigans, visiting the Animal Nature Preserve on the grounds etc.

7:30 pm - 10 pm - Saturday Girls Night! Belly Dancing, Hula Hooping, Play time for Grown Ups, Creative Movement, Arts & Crafts & Bonfire! Led by Heather Glidden & Charity Loring
It’s a girls night with a variety of activities! Charity will lead a Hula Hooping warm up tutorial & Belly Dancing to kick off the evening. Heather Glidden will then lead us in Play time for Grown ups and Creative Movement. When was the last time you allowed yourself to play? Between busy schedules, stress, and responsibilities, we often don't let ourselves play as grown-ups, but play allows us to learn better, relax, connect with other people and ourselves, and just plain be silly and have fun. Are you ready to reconnect to your silly side? Join us for guided movement games and exploration. We'll practice having fun together in a supportive environment.
Laughter guaranteed! If dancing and play isn’t your thing, we will also have the Chill Room open for chatting & arts & crafts, or you can build a bonfire and connect with others.

Gentle Gyrokenesis - Led by Heather Glidden
Gyrokinesis classes gently work your entire body with flowing, sequences of movement, performed seated and standing. This method invites you to feel at home in your body, discover your own inner grace, and restore vitality to any sticky or creaky areas of your body.
8:00 am - Breakfast
9 am Workshop - Pens & Postures- Led by Rachel Kain
This practice combines Yoga, meditation & free-writing in a unique exploration of intention and mindfulness. Discover the richness of the relationship between your mind & body.
10:15 am Workshop - Emotional Intelligence, Using Emotions as Problem Solvers - Led by Charity Loring, LMSW
12 noon - Lunch, Group Talk, Bonding Game and Farewells
2 pm - Check out- Everyone needs to have their belongings out of the lodge by 2:00 pm, to accommodate cleaning crew.
